The timeline we have from the builder has the renovation completed, except for the lift, by 30th June so we will be looking at using the building again in July. We will need a little time after the completion to get everything returned to its respective location.

Regarding the lift, this will not be completed by 30th June as we have had to change manufacturers. This was due to the original lift needing a 1.5m pit, which was discovered when the detailed plans for the shaft installation was received. This would have necessitated underpinning the main structural wall on the ground floor, which would have increased the time by 12 weeks and cost an additional $100,000. 

Because of this we have agreed to an alternative lift which has a longer manufacturing time but only requires a 300cm pit. This is why it will not be operational when we return to the building but hopefully shortly after. Everything will be in place for the lift when it arrives.
